Maintaining good health should always be your priority and to achieve it you just need to be conscious. The first thing to remember here is to drink enough water throughout the day. In between it is suggested to drink a juice too, at least once in a day. Drinking is necessary as our body loses water in the form of sweat and urine, and you need to balance the supply of fluids to the body. Some experts suggest to drink at least 2 and a half liters of water a day.
Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables will definitely keep you healthy as your body will get good amount of vitamins and minerals. Always ensure to include fruits and veggies in your diet like oranges, red tomatoes, leafy greens and purple berries. Don’t forget to toss some interesting salads too while lunching or dining.
Never try to skip meals as it will leave negative impact on your body. Do know that you body as well as brain needs fuel to keep you active. Brain needs a supply of glucose and lack of it may make you feel lethargy.
Take note that fatty and processed food should always be avoided. Always eat fresh and better quality food. Processed food contain preservatives and additives and these may not be good for your health.
Last but not the least, always have a balanced diet. Have a good mix of dairy products, lentils, legumes, meat and milk.
